Information used to run the community
We process your email, sign-in credentials through Supabase Auth, account identifier, submitted Trader ID, membership status, and optional expiry. Authenticator setup is handled through Supabase. We do not request or store your Quotex password or trading cookies.
Purpose and access
We use this information to authenticate you, review membership requests, enforce access to SVIP content, and respond to support requests. The community administrator can review membership details. Signals, results, and administrative decisions have audit records.
Hosting and external services
The deployment uses Vercel and Supabase to host and operate the service. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. YouTube and Google Drive supply video thumbnails and embedded playback; requests to them expose technical information to those providers. Google Meet, Telegram and registration links open external services governed by their own policies.
Browser storage and alerts
Authentication uses session storage mechanisms managed by Supabase, including cookies. The registration popup uses sessionStorage to remember that it was shown. Browser notifications require permission; permission alone does not subscribe you to a remote notification service. No advertising analytics are installed in this version.
Retention and deletion
Account and membership data remain stored until the operator processes a deletion request. Administrative audit records and trade records have separate retention needs and may require redaction or retention review. Ask support what information can be removed and what must be retained; deletion is not automatic or immediate.
Your choices
You can sign out, disable browser permissions, avoid external video playback, and request access, correction or deletion of your account data through support. Do not upload screenshots containing passwords, payment details, or other people’s private information.
